Location
Our Ceremony will be held at the Chapel at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury at 4 PM, surrounded by nature’s calm embrace at 61 Hawkesbury Valley Way, Windsor NSW 2756. Canapés will be served afterwards and reception will commence at 6PM in the Lachlan Macquarie room.
Parking is provided on-site for guests and there is accessible disability parking along with EV charging.
The nearest train station is Windsor. From there, it is about a 10 minute uber or taxi ride to Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury. Several bus routes run to the Windsor area from surrounding regions.
Our event is strictly adults only with the exception of our beautiful nieces and nephews.

Ceremony
Our ceremony begins at 4 PM in the Chapel. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior. Canapés will be provided from 5 PM.
Reception
After our vows, reception will commence at 6 PM in the Lachlan Macquarie room (located near the Hotel lobby).
Reception concludes at 10:30 PM. Please contact us if you would like us to help organise discounted accommodation for the night.
