Guest list

We are holding a small and intimate wedding celebration and would be truly honoured by your presence. Due to Irene’s health considerations, we have chosen to keep the gathering limited in size.

We also kindly ask that you help us keep this occasion private until after the ceremony, as we hope to preserve the intimacy and personal nature of the day. Your understanding means a great deal to us, and we look forward to sharing this meaningful day with you.

Regrettably, we are unable to add additional plus ones that are not part of our original guest list.

Where is the ceremony and reception located?

The ceremony will be held in the Chapel at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury located at 61 Hawkesbury Valley Way, Windsor NSW 2756 at 4 PM. Please arrive 30 minutes prior. Canapés will be provided at 5:30 PM.

Reception will follow in the Lachlan Macquarie room at 6 PM, located near the hotel lobby and concludes at 10:30 PM.

How do I RSVP online?

Simply visit the RSVP page, enter your details, and submit your response by January 28th, 2027.

We kindly request guests to dress in formal, black tie attire and or traditional clothing.

While your presence is all we need, if you’d like to give a gift, we would be grateful for a contribution to our wishing well provided on the big day.

Can we book accommodation for the night?

Crowne Plaza has kindly provided us with a discount of 10% off accommodation for our lovely guests. We warmly encourage you to stay the evening, and can assist in securing a room.

Is parking provided?

Parking for our guests is provided by Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury on-site. If you are lost or require further assistance, please contact them directly on 02 4577 4222.

What amenities are provided at the hotel?
