The Venue

We are honoured to welcome you to our wedding at The Chapel at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury, located at 61 Hawkesbury Valley Way, Windsor NSW 2756.

By car, the venue is approximately:
• 1 hour from Sydney CBD
• 45 minutes from Parramatta
• 20 minutes from Penrith

Complimentary parking is provided on-site for guests.

Reception will take place in the Lachlan Macquarie room.

Order of Events

3:30 PM — Guests Arrive
Please take your seats and settle in before the ceremony begins.

4:00 PM — Ceremony
We say "I do" surrounded by our favourite people.

4:45 PM — Photography
We'll capture our first moments as newlyweds together.

5:30 PM — Canapés & Cocktails
Join us for drinks, delicious canapés, and time to mingle.

6:00 PM — Reception
Dinner, speeches, dancing, and a night to remember.

10:30 PM — Afterparty
The formal celebrations conclude, but if you're not ready to call it a night, join us for one last toast at the hotel bar.
